Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe
This is my family's beloved Spaghetti Carbonara recipe (like the title says,
oddly enough). When properly prepared (and I think it actually works
better over an electric stove and a gas one), it comes out very creamy, though
even not properly prepared, it tastes wonderful.

Ingredients
- 1 box spaghetti noodles (16 oz)
- 1 lb sausage (not too lean like Jimmy Dean; I prefer Bob Evans,
particularly the Savory Sage flavor)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp salt
- Make spaghetti (put salt in water for it).
- Brown sausage (don't drain)
- Drain and rinse spaghetti w/hot water.
- Put it back in the pan.
- Pour in sausage (w/ the grease)
- Beat eggs in a bowl, then stir in.
- Incrementally add (1/4 cup at a time) the Parmesan cheese while heating on
low heat, stirring when it sizzles. Be careful not to over-stir--it
will get mushy.
Optionally, add ketchup or pepper to taste.
