Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe

This is my family's beloved Spaghetti Carbonara recipe (like the title says, oddly enough).  When properly prepared (and I think it actually works better over an electric stove and a gas one), it comes out very creamy, though even not properly prepared, it tastes wonderful.

    Ingredients

  1. Make spaghetti (put salt in water for it).
  2. Brown sausage (don't drain)
  3. Drain and rinse spaghetti w/hot water.
  4. Put it back in the pan.
  5. Pour in sausage (w/ the grease)
  6. Beat eggs in a bowl, then stir in.
  7. Incrementally add (1/4 cup at a time) the Parmesan cheese while heating on low heat, stirring when it sizzles.  Be careful not to over-stir--it will get mushy.

Optionally, add ketchup or pepper to taste.
