Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 large potato
1/2 cup diced onions
3 scallions, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
bread crumbs
salt, pepper, poultry seasoning
1 can cream of celery soup

Cube the potato and place it in the bottom of a 9x9 casserole dish with onions.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Mix soup can with only 1/3 can of water and mix to form thick mixture.
Pour part of it (1/3 maybe) over dish.
Place chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
Arrange broccoli around the sides, and put scallions on top. Pour rest of soup contents over.
Bake at 375 deg. F for 50-60 minutes.
